Este dia hemos tenido la oportunidad de capacitar a nuestros aliados en el tema Menejo de Riesgos en Cafe, el cual fue impartido por Jos Algra. Entre los temas hablandos, se encuentran los principales componentes en el análisis del café en físico, los cuales son producción, consumo, existencias y exportaciones, analizando cómo cada uno de ellos influye sobre el precio del café.
